会议主题：健康中国视野下的风景园林
中国的人居环境建设正面临着资源破坏、自然灾害、城镇集聚、人口老龄化等严重威胁人类及其人居环境健康的诸多问题。“实施健康中国战略，完善国民健康政策，为人民群众提供全方位全周期健康服务”是我国十九大报告中的重要内容之一。健康中国成为我国的一项重大发展策略，促进人类及其环境的健康是人居环境建设的重要目标导向之一。风景园林与城乡规划作为人居环境建设的重要途径，在“健康中国”建设中将起到重大作用。
因此，健康中国视野下如何思考风景园林规划与设计？风景园林学和城乡规划学、建筑学又如何协同考虑健康人居环境？需要我们更多的关注，也需要您的大力支持！
一、会议议题：
教育：
风景园林健康教育体系、风景园林健康教育课程、风景园林健康教育与城乡规划、风景园林健康教育与园林、风景园林健康教育与环艺、风景园林健康教育与城乡设计。
理论：
游憩空间健康、生态空间健康、自然空间健康、遗产空间健康、城乡空间健康、城乡景观健康、社会空间健康、适老性空间健康、行为心理健康、景观基础设施健康、韧性景观、节约型园林、雨水循环利用、低影响开发、生态修复、城市修补。
实践：
以健康为主导的风景园林规划与设计、城乡规划与设计、建筑设计。

1．论文要求：
·与会论文必须是未曾公开发表，文章不得侵犯他人著作权，不得有学术不端行为；
·凡参加本次会议的论文与作品不得参加其他会议和论文竞赛；
·论文请发至指定邮箱；UL082018@163.com
·请按会议主题和议题撰写论文，论文写作要求详见附件1。

3．入选论文通知：2018年10月15日发出
4．入选论文出版：正式结集出版会议论文集；论文择优在《中国园林》、《新建筑》杂志上刊登。
五、设计竞赛：
1．竞赛主题：以风景园林为主导的城乡健康规划与设计
2．参赛对象：
全国相关院校（含港澳台）的相关专业，包括风景园林、城乡规划、建筑学、景观设计、环境艺术的在校学生（高年级本科生、硕士生、博士生）均可报名参赛。
3．参赛要求：
·以个人或小组参赛，每小组参赛人员不超过3人,每名学生限报一件作品，每件作品可设1~2名指导教师，每名教师参与指导作品不超过2个；
·参赛方案所有内容均须原创，不得包含任何侵犯第三方知识产权的行为，如发生侵权行为，主办单位不承担由此引发的任何连带责任。
4．作品要求：
·参赛者可自选与竞赛主题相吻合的场地与环境，表现方式不限；
·作品要求为一号图纸(594mm×841mm)2张（不要裱板）；
·作者姓名及通信地址（含邮箱）用不透明方式密封于图纸背面右下角；
·邮寄纸质版竞赛作品和刻有竞赛作品内容的光盘；
·电子版文件请于规定时间内上传至UL082018@163.com，清晰度300dpi。
5．奖项设置：
·奖项：一等奖(1名)，二等奖(3名)，三等奖(6名)，佳作奖(10名)；
·奖金：一等奖10000元，二等奖5000元，三等奖2000元，佳作奖800元；
·获奖作品择优刊登于《中国园林》、《新建筑》杂志公众号。所有获奖作品将正式结集出版。
6．提交时间：
作品网络提交截止时间为2018年11月2日，提交的邮箱为UL082018@163.com。参赛作品同时还须提交一份纸质作品，提交时间为2018年11月4日(以当地邮戳为准)。

第8届城市与景观“U+L新思维”国际学术研讨会论文格式要求
1. 稿件须为Word文档(word2003)，投稿以6000字左右为宜(含图、表)，要求主题明确、论点新颖、论据可靠、语言简练、具可读性。
2. 来稿书写结构顺序为：中英文题(中文20字以内)、中英文摘要(请用第三人称书写，中文200字左右，独立成文)、中英文关键词(3～5个)、文章主体和参考文献(将参考文献的序号在文中相应处顺序标出。国家级、省部级攻关项目或重点科研项目、各类基金项目所产生的重要论文，请在文稿中注明项目编号。
3. 正文一级标题序号用1，二级用1.1，三级用1.1.1，均左顶格书写。文中涉及的人名、地名、学名、公式、符号应核实无误；外文字母的文种、正斜体、大小写、上下标等应清楚注明；计量单位、符号、数字用法、专业名词术语一律采用相应的国家标准。植物种或品种应标注准确的拉丁学名。
4. 投稿作者需提供个人信息简介，内容包括：姓名、出生年月、性别、籍贯、最高学历、职称或职务、从事学科或研究方向，现供职单位、所在城市、邮编、电子信箱、联系电话。作者为两人以上的，请注明顺序。如有通信作者，请标注，并注明通信作者电子邮箱。作者人数原则上不超过3人。
5. 文章的图片/照片要求：
1)图片清晰、色彩饱和，尺寸不小于15cm×20cm，电子文件分辨率不应小于300dpi；
2)照片要求为数码单反相机拍摄，图片的长边不得小于3 500像素，分辨率不应小于300dpi，单张图片小于5M，照片用Rar、Zip等压缩文件压缩，编号应与文中图号保持一致；
3)如文中有必要使用地图，务必使用我国最新出版的地图。

Conference Theme: Landscape Architecture from the Perspective of Healthy China
The construction of human settlements in China is facing many problems, such as resource destruction, natural disasters, urban agglomeration, population aging, and so on, which have threaten the health of human and human living environment."Implementing the healthy China strategy, improving the national health policy, and providing the people with a full range of full cycle health services" is one of the important contents of the nineteen major reports of China. Healthy China has become a major development strategy in China,promoting the health of human beings and their environment is one of the important objectives of human settlements construction.Landscape architecture andurban and rural planning as an important way of human settlements construction will play a major role in the construction of "healthy China".
Therefore, how to think about the planning and design of landscape architecture from the perspective of healthy China? How can landscape architecture, urban and rural planning and architecture consider the healthy living environment? We need more attention, but also need your strong support.

1) Paper requirements
All papers must be unpublished and not against the copyright. Authors shall not have academic misconduct.
All papers and worksshould not be submitted to other conferences or competitionsat the same time.

Please write the paper according to the theme and the topic of the conference. The writing requirements of the thesis are shown in Appendix 1.
2) Full paper submission deadline: 10th October 2018
3) Notification of paper acceptance: 15th October 2018
4) Publication of selected papers: Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings and some excellent papers may be published in Chinese Landscape Architecture or New Architecture.
5. Design Competition
1) Competition Theme: Urban & rural health planning and design based on Landscape Architecture
2) Competitors
Students in related disciplines (landscape architecture, urban planning, architecture, landscape design, and art design) in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Senior undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and doctoral students are all welcome.
3) Competition requirements
l Individual or group participation, with no more than 3 members in a group. Each student can only submit one piece of work. Each work can have 1~2 guidance teacher,and no more than 2 teachers can participate in the guidance of the work.
l All contents must be original, andshall not contain any violations of intellectual property rights of the third party. In case of infringement, the organizer shall not bear any joint and several liabilities.
4) Work requirements
l Self-selected design background and site, no limits on presentation format.
l Two sheets of A1 paper (594x841mm), no mounting.
l Name and address of authors (including email address) should be seal up non-transparent on the lower right corner on the back of the A1 sheets.
l Hard copy and digital copy of work (CDs) should be mailed to the sponsors.
l Digital files should be uploaded within the specified timeto: UL082018@163.com, Sharpness 300 DPI.

6) Submission deadline
The design work should be submitted no later than 2th November 2018, to the email address of UL082018@163.com. A1 hard copy of the design work should also be mailed to the postal address provided below no later than 4th November 2016 (as shown in the local postmark).

Do not charge any fees. The transportation expenses, accommodation expenses and other fees should be paid by participants themselves.

Appendix I
Paper Submission Requirementsof the 8th International Conference on Urban and Landscape Architecture: “U+L New Thinking”
1. Manuscript should be submittedin the format of Word documents (word2003), 6000 words or so is appropriate (including image and chart), The theme should be clear and the argument should be novel and reliable with succinct and readable language.
2. Manuscript writing structure order: Title in Chinese and English(within 20 words), abstract in Chinese and English(Please write in the third person, 200 words or so, independent statement), keywords in Chineseand English(3-5 words), the main body and references. (The serial number of the reference should be marked in the article. Papers sponsoredby all kinds of fund projects, such as National, provincial and ministerial level key research projects or key research projects should be indicated the project number in the manuscript).
3. Serial number of the first-level title in the main body should be 1, the second-level title should be 1.1, the third-leveltitle should be 1.1.1, all serial number call to write the left grid. People names, place names, scientific names, formulas, symbols relatedin the paper should be verified correct. Foreign language letters, straight or italic, case, superscript or subscript etc. should be clearly marked. Measurement units, symbols, numeral use and terminology shall adopt the corresponding national standards. Plant species or varieties should be marked accurately the scientific Latin name.
4.Contributing authors need to provide personal information, including name, birth date, gender, nationality, highest degree, titles or positions, discipline or the research direction, current work unit, city, zip code, e-mail, contact phone number. Please indicate the order, if there are more than two authors.Please note, and indicate the communication author e-mail if there is a communication author. The number of authors should be no more than 3 people.
5. Requirements of the pictures or photos of the article:
1) The picture needs to be clear and the color needs to be saturated, size is no less than 15cm*20cm, electronic file resolution should not be less than 300dpi.
2) Photos should be shoot with the digital SLR camera, the long side shall not be less than 3 500 pixels, resolution should not be less than 300 dpi, the size of single picture should be less than 5M, photo should be compressed by RAR and zip file compression software, the number should be consistent with the figure number in the paper.
3) Ensure to use the latest publication of the map of China if it is necessary.
